Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and supplier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive an email with the tracking information after your order ships.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at admin@mundipaw.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.

Delays

MundiPaw is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
